This white building is Shulin Rainfall Radar station.It can improve disaster prevention capabilities by building 3C band dual polarization weather radars in the metropolitan areas in northern Taiwan.

The rainfall radar provides rainfall estimates with a resolution of 250 meters every 2 minutes, which gives the relevant government agencies a clear picture of any change in the water situation, especially in historically flood-prone areas, and take preventive measures when necessary. so as to better protect life and property.

20241210再訪樹林大同山防災降雨雷達站，因為11月颱風使這裡的芒草不如以往繁茂。看到馴鷹。東風很強，地形開闊，適合鳥類飛行。下次在樹林區保安街二段45巷出發。
